Hi all! 

I recently started losing big clumps of hair. :( Around 3 months ago I was on a really low cal diet and dropped a lot really fast. (though I have kept it off :) ) I’ve read that this delayed hair loss is something that can happen from that. :( Have any of you experienced anything similar??? I love my hair! D: Help???

So I’ve been sick (like serious sick) for the past few weeks and haven’t exercised barely at all (outside of forcing myself to walk to class/some crunches and things) and haven’t been counting my calories. 

I’m heading to the gym today, but I REALLY need some encouragement! I may start posting what I eat here instead of on MyFitnessPal again….

Anyway! CW: 162 GW: 135 UGW: 120 

Would like to see 140 in 2 months…..can I do it? D:

Welcome new followers!!! I am working on posting on this more often! 

Still sick. Went to class yesterday (and going to tough it out today,) but my head keeps swimming. :( I really want to get back into exercising/counting calories, but when I’m sick it’s really hard!! 

I was thinking maybe yoga? Anyone have beginners Yoga recommendations?  

Or healthy soups for sick girls that are low in calories? :3 I’ve had a TON of Miso lately but that can’t be good…..

Gonna go to my gym for the first time since like…December 21st/22nd!!! I was at home so I did Jazzercise with my mom instead and kinda got off my diet since I couldn’t cook for myself :(

Let’s see if I can do an hour!!! Maybe I’ll do a half and come back and do bicep curls or something though… :3

I have this TINY friend who is going on a diet again. She does low carb - she did this last spring and dropped so that she was really obviously underweight in just a few weeks. I know that she has a really distorted body image though, and her dad is on the same diet, so he’s a bad influence. 

She says she’s doing it to make her boyfriend lose weight (which would probably be healthy for him,) but if I know her, she’ll get really obsessive and drop too much weight too fast. :( 

Part of me is really nervous for her….but the other part is kind of jealous of how easy she drops weight.  

Should I do anything?

WARNING TMI: So I took a laxative last night (not ana/mia, IBS/GF :P) but it hasn’t kicked in yet. I just worked out for 15 minutes, but my stomach felt like it was going to explode and I thought I was going to throw up so I came back….but still nothing. :( I really don’t want to supplement with another right now since I have class. >< I just hope it works SOON. 

On a lighter note XD I tried informal zumba over Thanksgiving break and I LOVED it….for those that use it as exercise, what are your results/opinions?

Well considering that I’ve not once had someone actually want to date me…I’d say yes.
