Convinced my Best Friend to start the 30 Day Shred with me to get myself jumpstarted! :) 

Not going to be “dieting” since the last time around I ended up eating WAY too few calories. Instead I’ll just try not to binge or anything :) I don’t eat that badly to begin with (can’t have gluten so I usually have healthier choices at restaurants and things….. and I don’t drink soda sooooooo), so I think I’ll just think more about what I’m eating! :)

I don’t really have “Thinspiration.” I’m doing this to be the best I can be, and also to fit in with my 4 beautiful sisters. <3

Gonna go to my gym for the first time since like…December 21st/22nd!!! I was at home so I did Jazzercise with my mom instead and kinda got off my diet since I couldn’t cook for myself :(

Let’s see if I can do an hour!!! Maybe I’ll do a half and come back and do bicep curls or something though… :3

I have this TINY friend who is going on a diet again. She does low carb - she did this last spring and dropped so that she was really obviously underweight in just a few weeks. I know that she has a really distorted body image though, and her dad is on the same diet, so he’s a bad influence. 

She says she’s doing it to make her boyfriend lose weight (which would probably be healthy for him,) but if I know her, she’ll get really obsessive and drop too much weight too fast. :( 

Part of me is really nervous for her….but the other part is kind of jealous of how easy she drops weight.  

Should I do anything?

Day twenty: Do you binge? How often and what triggers it?

I think I binged once since I’ve started this weightloss. I was stressed from too much awkward social things/school/life and I just didnt count anything and ate a BUNCH of dessert ^^; Next day I regretted it and got back on track. I don’t think binge days are necessarily a bad thing…since sometimes it seems as if this dieting thing can turn into a control experiment. :) Sometimes it’s good to just be who you want and not worry about keeping every thing perfect. :)

Day Nineteen: Have you ever lied to avoid eating something? 

Yes, but not while I’ve been dieting! XD Usually if it’s something I don’t like that I wish I did…like bananas and tomatoes. I can’t STAND them. My boss grows homemade tomatoes and offers them ALL the time, but I can’t bring myself to eat them >< And bananas taste sickeningly sweet to me. *shrugs*

How often do you weigh yourself? Every day? Once a week? Once a month?

Are you the fat or thin one out of your friends? Definitely the  fat one. I usually am somewhere in the middle, but right now my friends at school are mostly tiny in comparison to me. :( 

Are you depressed?  Only the day before my period. XD I get sad or stressed, but I really only fall into DEPRESSION right before my period. Silly Hormones~

Ever tried to commit suicide? Nope. I threatened it, when I was going through my cutting phase in High School, but never seriously attempted it. 

Ever hurt yourself on purpose? - Used to cut in High School. Luckily I’m WAY over that now! 

Ever been to a psychologist? Went once because my Academic Advisor told me to when I started crying during our appointment. Really she was just a bitch and didn’t want to help me :P

Lost weight? I need to get a scale!! I’m trying! :)  I also lost a lot the first few months of Freshman year of college because I only worked out and didn’t eat XD

Gained weight? My weight fluctuated a lot, especially with this whole Gluten business. 

Have you ever woken up crying, and why? Yes XD Dreams where people I love get hurt usually

Do you drink? Occasionally :) I like a glass of wine or a Margarita now and again!!

Do you smoke? Never

Do you take drugs? Never

Does your weight affect your mood? Oh gosh yes @__@ I can get really upset, especially when people smaller than me complain about THEIR weight. 

Do you weigh yourself daily? I want to! Walgreens thwarted me though by not having any scales!! 

Have you ever gone through a whole day without food (fast)? Not intentionally to lose weight, but yes. XD I REALLY don’t eat a lot and if I’m stressed out I’ll forget to eat and just drink a ton of water XD

Have you ever skipped a meal? All the time @___@ I’m trying not to though!

Have you ever spit food out? As a diet thing? No. I’m REALLY sensitive to gristle/fat in meat though (which is why I don’t eat much meat XD) So I will NOT hesitate to spit out the meat and not touch meat for like a week afterwards XD It really turns my stomach!
